Flexible cancellation terms for individual bookings

As the best property for family vacations, we know that planning trips with children far in advance can involve the risk of an unexpected need to cancel the trip on a given date, e.g., due to children’s illness or other unforeseen events. Therefore, we always try to assist our Guests in such cases. As one of the few resort hotel properties in Poland, from the beginning of our operation, we apply the principle of flexible use of the paid deposit for the stay on another date until the end of the current calendar year in case of cancellation of individual stays. Detailed cancellation policies are included in our reservation policy and the reservation confirmation which we send to you.

The discount will be applied on-site upon final settlement; eligibility for the discount will be based on verifying the ages of guests registered in the room.
