Child-friendly hotel in Masuria

For 19 years we have been jointly creating a unique hotel for children in the Masuria region, where the youngest have their own playland, and parents have time and space to relax. Every day, together with our entire team, we work to create the best hotel for children in Poland. At Zalesie Mazury Active Spa, parents can take advantage of professional childcare for children from 4 months to 8 years old (11 hours a day), 1500 m² of indoor playrooms, a private beach on Lake Orzyc, and a Mini Zoo. The greatest reward for us is the smile and joy of our little Guests who visit Zalesie throughout the year!

Hotel with a children's pool With a view of Lake Orzyc

Our recreational swimming pool overlooking Lake Orzyc is a place for the whole family to relax. For the youngest guests, we have prepared the Happy Kids zone with warm water and a 50 cm-deep paddling pool equipped with mini water slides. Older children can use the 130 cm-deep recreational pool under parental supervision. An additional attraction for them is summer fun on a 60-metre water slide located on our private sandy beach.

Child-friendly hotel — care at Baby Club and Mini Club

Zalesie Mazury Active Spa is the perfect place for all-inclusive family vacations. We prioritize the comfort and safety of our youngest Guests by offering them professional care. The Baby Club welcomes children aged 4 months to 3 years, while the Mini Club is dedicated to children aged 3-8 years. Our caregivers supervise and organize activities for 11 hours a day. This allows parents to enjoy priceless moments for themselves, knowing their little ones are in the best hands.

For older children, we have prepared Bajkolandia – a spacious playroom of 200 m², as well as the Mini ZOO and three outdoor playgrounds. Our attractions bring joy and smiles to children, while allowing parents to enjoy quality time with the whole family. New for 2025: THE KING OF CHILDREN'S BUILDINGS – as much as 414 m² of indoor fun!

Exceptional rooms for families with children

Our Family apartments and Family Lake View are spaces designed especially for families with children. Each apartment features a unique, individually designed play corner for kids. Children sleep in a comfortable bunk bed with direct access to the parents' room — so you’re always close, even at night.

We also took care of the details: in the bathroom, you will find a lower additional sink for children and a special toilet seat attachment for the youngest guests. The Family Lake View apartment additionally offers a view of Lake Orzyc and two balconies — an ideal spot for morning coffee while the children are still asleep.

Children's activities — fun all day long, 365 days a year

Our daily animation program guarantees no boredom. We invite children with their parents to join, among others, our original family animations (Treasure Hunt, Forest Maneuvers, Sports Animations, What's in the Grass), family workshops (art, wood modeling, juggling, 3D workshops) as well as special events: Puppet Theater Show, Illusionist Show, Family Charades, Mini Disco and many more. Active activities can take place, depending on the weather, on the 4ha grounds or in our 200m animation hall, 100m Mini sports hall, or indoor climbing wall. Wood modeling workshops take place in the only hotel woodworking studio in Poland.

Elf Zaleś - meet our mascot!

We have our own mascot — his name is Zales the Elf. Children can meet him in person during their stay — he appears during animations, in Fairyland, and on playgrounds, and sometimes quite unexpectedly. If your child grows to love Zales the Elf as much as other children visiting Zalesie, they can take him home as a small plush toy — just ask at the reception.

Amenities for infants and young children

Our Zalesie Mazury is one of the few hotels in Poland so comprehensively prepared for a stay with a toddler. At the Guests' request, we offer, among others:

Full board designed with children in mind

A successful family vacation also means no stress about what and when the child will eat. At Zalesie Mazury, every stay package includes full board (3 meals a day) or, on selected dates, the Food All Inclusive formula — up to 6 meals a day: breakfast, second breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and late dinner, served as rich buffets.

For the little ones, we have prepared a separate children's buffet and, as part of the Food All Inclusive packages, a daily Children's Snack Bar (11:00–16:00) with favorite snacks.

The best hotel for families with children in Poland!

Our hotel is the perfect place for both younger and older children. We offer the widest range of attractions to ensure they never get bored, even for a second. This includes not only original playrooms spanning 1,500 m², but also a mini zoo, a recreational swimming pool with a Happy Kids zone, and original animation programmes based on outdoor activities. Children need good fun, and we provide it at every turn!

For adults, we have prepared an intimate SPA zone, a relaxation area by the lobby bar, and a fitness room. While the little ones are having a great time with our carers in one of our clubs, you can recharge your batteries in the sauna or steam room, or relax however you like. If you wish, you can also take your child for a little pampering — our Kids SPA offers gentle treatments for the youngest guests, including a chocolate back massage, as well as treatments to enjoy together with a parent, such as "Dad and Me" or "Mum and Me".

This hotel is a true paradise for children

There is no boredom regardless of the weather, and every child and adult will find something for themselves. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and smiling. All children's accessories are available on site, so you just need to relax. The food is delicious, with a wide selection of high-quality products. I recommend it and gladly return! :)
