The project assumes to offer packages on the tourist market by Całoroczny Ośrodek Wypoczynkowo-Szkoleniowy Zalesie s.c. Małgorzata Czeszejko-Sochacka Mariusz Czeszejko-Sochacki and BARTBO Sp. z o.o.
The project will be implemented in the following stages:
Stage 1 – Selection of the contractor based on the ERDF, European Social Fund and Cohesion Fund eligibility guidelines for 2014-2020
Stage 2 - Signing an agreement with the contractors of adaptation works
Stage 3 - Purchase of equipment and equipment
Stage 4 - Completion of implementation - submission of final payment application
Project objective: The main objective of the project is to implement a new business model by Całoroczny Ośrodek Wypoczynkowo-Szkoleniowy Zalesie s.c. Małgorzata Czeszejko-Sochacka Mariusz Czeszejko-Sochacki and BARTBO SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ by introducing packages of services to the tourism market from 2020.

The project involves recreating the heritage of Warmia and Mazur in the form of restoring old dishes of Warmia cuisine with the use of innovative smoking solutions.
The project will be implemented in the following stages:
Stage 1 – selection of the contractor based on the Guidelines on the eligibility of expenditure under the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund for the years 2014-2020

Project objective: The main objective of the project is to restore the economic heritage of the region by restoring the old dishes of Warmian cuisine using innovative smoking solutions by 06. 2020r.

Project objectives
The main objective of the project is to facilitate the economic activity of the company Zalesie s. c. Margorzata Czeszejko-Sochacki Mariusz Czeszejko-Sochacki during the period of increased risk in the area of health (including: during the period of epidemic threat, epidemic, sanitary regime) by purchasing equipment ensuring continuity of work and activity of the company, until 31. 12. 2021.
Planned effects
The project consists in the purchase of fixed assets that will allow the Applicant to maintain continuity and at the same time facilitate the conduct of the activity. The scope of the project includes the purchase of campers (2 pieces). The permanent funds purchased will affect the change in the way the service is provided. Thanks to the purchases of campers, the recreation service will be able to be provided in a mobile way, outside the limits of the Centre. This will allow clients who choose such a holiday to avoid crowds and organize their free time in any way they choose. Until now, customers could only relax on the premises of the resort, which is used by groups of people at one time, and being in groups of people increases the risk of infection with the SARS-COV-2 virus. The purchase of campers will allow the Applicant to continue to offer a recreation service to customers, but with a reduced risk of contracting the virus, as the group using the camper rental will rest outside the limits of the resort and in the open space. At the same time, the purchases made in the project will allow the Applicant to conduct business in the event of a recurrence of warnings in the functioning of the activity due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

ZALESIE MAZURY MARIUSZ CZESZEJKO-SOCHACKI SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA implements the project pn. „Odtworzenie dziedzictwa gospodarczego regionu w firmie ZALESIE MAZURY MARIUSZ CZESZEJKO-SOCHACKI SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA”.
Planned effects: The project assumes the restoration and continuation of the service tradition existing in the territory of Warmia and Masuria before 1989, consisting in directly restoring the tradition of the Gasthaus and expanding the offer of the Applicant with new products and services directly related to the dishes of the traditional cuisine of Warmia and Masuria using innovative methods and solutions of preparation of dishes.

Main objective: To build a competitive advantage of ZALESIE MAZURY MARIUSZ CZESZEJKO-SOCHACKI SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA by 12. 2023r by restoring from scratch the traditional services / traditions of the Gasthaus characteristic for the region together with the restoration of old dishes of Warmian cuisine using innovative solutions of preparation of dishes.

The objective of the project is to diversify the business and build resilience against future crises for Zalesie Mazury sp.k. by entering new markets in the HoReCa sector through the provision of sports event booking services titled “Sports in Zalesie” starting in July 2025, as a result of investments in service infrastructure, digital transformation, and staff development.
The objective will be achieved through the implementation of the following tasks:
Task No. 1 – Investment in service facilities
Task No. 2 – Upgrading qualifications
Target groups: The project will benefit the beneficiary—Zalesie Mazury Mariusz Czeszejko-Sochacki Spółka Komandytowa—as well as its employees and customers.
The implementation of the project will contribute to increasing the Applicant’s resilience to future crises, expanding its operations, and modernizing its service infrastructure. It also addresses the needs of customers.
Thanks to the implementation of this project:
- New services will be created—“Sports in Zalesie,” a service for booking sporting events
- The company will acquire new customers—adult, year-round individual external customers
- The company’s sales potential will increase, and during periods such as public health restrictions, it will be able to continue operations and generate revenue.
As a result of the project’s implementation, the company will acquire new customers, expand into new areas of operation, and strengthen its position.
