Slimming holidays at our resort consist of a personalized diet combined with shaping SPA treatments and plenty of physical activity actively supporting effective weight loss. We offer intensive slimming holidays based on two dietary programs: the Montignac diet or the fruit and vegetable diet. We propose a 7-day stay with professional physiotherapy and instructor care. We provide a large portion of active physical exercises (Nordic Walking, cycling, gymnastics, and classes using fitness equipment). A good amount of movement combined with unlimited access to the Relaxation Zone Spa (wellness complex), a proper diet, and Spa treatments will help you lose excess kilograms and regain well-being!
