TERMS OF SALE AND REDEMPTION OF ACCOMMODATION / GIFT VOUCHERS
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Zalesie Mazury Active Spa offers accommodation / gift vouchers purchased by Customers as a gift for third parties.
1. Zalesie Mazury, hereinafter referred to as the Issuer, undertakes to sell the gift / accommodation voucher to the Buyer - on site at the Zalesie Mazury Reception, via INPOST courier or by email - and to accept it for redemption at Zalesie Mazury, Zalesie 12, 11-010 Barczewo.
2. The Issuer is not responsible for non-delivery of the voucher by INPOST or for reasons beyond Zalesie Mazury's control.
3. The Buyer undertakes to pay an amount corresponding to the nominal value of the voucher. The voucher is issued only after the funds have been credited to the Zalesie Mazury account and is sent within 3 working days in the case of an individual order.
4. The voucher can only be redeemed after making a reservation and receiving email confirmation from the Reception: recepcja@zalesiemazury.pl, tel. +48 606 30 63 44.
5. The voucher can be used at Zalesie Mazury in accordance with its content or for the amount indicated on the voucher for the purchase of goods or services.
6. The person redeeming the voucher is required to present the original voucher upon check-in at the Zalesie Mazury Reception. After presenting the voucher, this person is entitled to receive the ordered product or service. In case of failure to present the original voucher or presenting an invalid voucher, e.g., after the expiry date, the Issuer reserves the right to refuse service based on such a voucher.
7. The voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash and must be used in full during a single transaction.
8. Zalesie Mazury is not responsible for vouchers lost, damaged or expired after their transfer to the Buyer / User.
9. The validity period of the voucher is indicated on the voucher and may not exceed 12 months from the date of purchase.
10. The Buyer / User has no claims against Zalesie Mazury in case of loss, theft, destruction or non-use of the voucher during its validity period, including the claim for a refund. In exceptional circumstances, during the validity of the voucher, the Buyer / User may submit a written request to extend its validity by a maximum of 3 months. A negative decision does not constitute grounds for any claims.
II. RULES FOR USING VOUCHERS
1. Zalesie Mazury accepts only undamaged vouchers with a validity date, a stamp and the Issuer's signature. An exception are vouchers purchased electronically via the Issuer's website.
2. If the value of the service is lower than the value of the voucher, the unused difference is non-refundable.
3. If the value of the service exceeds the value of the voucher or the service is not fully covered by the voucher, the User is obliged to pay the difference in cash or by card on the spot.
4. Zalesie Mazury reserves the right to refuse to redeem vouchers that are expired or damaged to an extent that makes data unreadable.
5. Reservations made based on vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be changed free of charge less than 14 days before the planned stay.
III. PAYMENTS AND COMPLAINTS
1. The Buyer receives a VAT invoice at the time of purchase.
2. Any complaints related to the use of the voucher will be considered upon their written submission by the Buyer or User.
3. The basis for considering a complaint is the VAT invoice issued at the time of purchasing the voucher.
IV. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. Receipt of the voucher by the Buyer / User is equivalent to confirming that they have read this regulation, accepted it and undertaken to comply with it. Every voucher User is obliged to comply with all the regulations applicable at Zalesie Mazury.
2. Redemption of the voucher constitutes confirmation of placing an order in accordance with these regulations.
3. This regulation is available on the website www.zalesiemazury.pl and at the hotel reception. The Issuer undertakes to make the regulations available upon request.
4. The Issuer reserves the right to change the regulations, provided that the changes do not violate the rights acquired by Buyers / Users. All changes will be updated on the Issuer's website and made available at the reception.
5. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
V. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
1. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for the purchase and redemption of the voucher. Failure to provide data makes it impossible to service the voucher. Data is processed for the purpose of redeeming the voucher and possible claims handling.
2. Data is stored for the duration of the contract and for 2 years after the voucher has been used. If data is processed for accounting purposes, it is stored for 5 years from the end of the tax year.
3. The Buyer / User has the right to access their personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing or transfer it, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority and withdraw consent at any time.
4. The Buyer / User has the right to object to the processing of data based on the legitimate interest of the administrator or previously given consent.
5. The Administrator processes only the data of the person buying the voucher. They are not authorized to process data of third parties, i.e. the voucher holder, due to lack of their consent.
6. Vouchers for third parties are issued to the bearer.
7. The Administrator is not authorized to send or deliver the voucher to a third party indicated as the gift recipient.
